What it is
A membership built around one habit
Short answer: Petdentist CLUB is a planned membership that will deliver a complete daily oral-care routine for your dog or cat every month, chosen by species, size and life stage, with reminders, member education and rewards. It launches in the UK first, from £19.99 a month (Essential), £29.99 (Complete) or £44.99 (Family), with founding-member prices locked for 12 months; members can pause, change or cancel at any time.
Why a membership?
Because plaque keeps time. On a dog's or cat's teeth, soft plaque can begin to harden into tartar within about 48 to 72 hours, and that clock does not pause for a busy fortnight or an empty tube.
Most routines do not stop because pet parents stop caring. They stop because something runs out, a week gets busy, or nobody is quite sure what to buy next. The Club is designed to take those gaps away, so the routine simply carries on.

The routine, delivered
The things you use up, such as pet toothpaste, dental powder, water additive and wipes, timed to arrive before you run out, with brushes and toys refreshed when they are due. Monthly as standard, or on a longer rhythm if your household uses things more slowly.
Plans for your pet, not an average pet
Dog plans by size, from toy breeds to giants. Cat plans built separately, with cat-specific products, because cats are not small dogs. Options for young, adult and senior pets, and one delivery for multi-pet households.
Member education
A short, practical note each month: technique refreshers, a four-week plan for new members, and new research explained in plain English with its evidence grade.
Reminders
A nudge for the weekly lip-lift, notice before each delivery, and a reminder when your pet's annual veterinary dental check is due. PetPulse Dental, in development, is planned to link your routine log to your membership. It helps you notice and record changes; it does not diagnose.
Rewards
Recognition for staying with the routine, not simply for spending more. The details will be announced at launch, alongside the pricing.
Freedom to change
Pause, change or cancel at any time. Leaving should be as easy as joining, and we are designing it that way from the start.

Standards and boundaries
Membership changes how products reach you, not what they are
The same products, the same honesty
Every product in a Club delivery will be a non-medicinal oral-hygiene product or complementary feed for healthy pets, described only in terms the evidence supports: helping to reduce plaque build-up, freshening breath, supporting healthy gums. Cats get cat products, and dogs get dog products.
Never instead of your vet
No delivery substitutes for a veterinary examination, and membership should never be a reason to delay one. Clear pricing, clear delivery dates and clear cancellation are part of the design, not an afterthought.
When to see your vet
If you notice loose or wobbly teeth, swelling, discharge, bleeding that does not settle, reluctance to eat, dropping food, drooling, pawing at the mouth or any change in behaviour, please contact your veterinary surgeon promptly. Home care supports professional care — it never replaces it.

When will Petdentist CLUB open?
Petdentist CLUB is in development. We will announce the opening date and pricing to founding members first, and we will not name a date until we are sure we can keep it. Join the founding member list by emailing [email protected] and you will hear before anyone else.
How much will membership cost?
Three plans: Essential £19.99 a month (one hero product every month), Complete £29.99 a month (the full routine with brushes, wipes and rewards) and Family £44.99 a month (two pets in one delivery). Annual plans give two months free (£199, £299, £449). UAE members pay in AED (about 95, 139 and 209 a month). Founding members keep these prices for 12 months, the first box is £9.99 on any plan, and you can pause, change or cancel at any time.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. Members will be able to pause, change or cancel at any time. Holidays, a new pet, a change of routine on your vet's advice: the Club is being designed to fit around real life, and leaving will be as easy as joining.
Will there be plans for cats?
Yes. Cat plans are being built separately, with cat-specific products, because cats are not small dogs. Products for cats are made without ingredients unsuitable for them, such as essential oils, phenols and high-iodine kelp, and cats need a slower, gentler introduction to any routine. Dog evidence is never used to make claims for cats.
What if my pet already has a problem with their teeth or gums?
Please see your veterinary surgeon first. Club products are non-medicinal oral-hygiene products and complementary feeds for healthy pets; they support normal daily hygiene and never replace a veterinary examination. If you notice loose teeth, swelling, bleeding, breath that suddenly worsens or a change in eating, contact your vet promptly and follow their advice before starting or changing a routine.
I have more than one pet. Can one membership cover them all?
That is the plan. Multi-pet households will be able to combine plans in one delivery, so a dog and a cat each get the right products without two separate subscriptions. Tell us about your household when you join the founding member list, and it will help us get the details right.
How will reminders work with PetPulse?
Members will receive reminders for the weekly lip-lift, before each delivery and when an annual veterinary dental check is due. PetPulse Dental, in development from PetPulse Labs™, is planned to connect your routine log to your membership. It helps you notice and record changes to share with your vet; it does not diagnose.
Can I buy the products before the Club opens?
Yes. Every product in the routine, from toothpaste, brushes and wipes to dental powders, water additives and toys, is available now on our UK and UAE stores and marketplaces. Use the country selector to reach the right store, with local prices, delivery and product information.
