What we do today
Our toothbrushes use bamboo handles and our eco brush case is bamboo too. Our operations are certified to ISO 14001, which means we measure our environmental impact and set improvement targets every year. We ship UK orders from a single Northampton warehouse to keep parcel journeys short, and we choose packaging that protects the product first — because a damaged product wastes far more than its box.
What we are working on
Recyclable or refillable packaging across the whole range by 2030, in line with EU packaging rules and our own ISO 14001 targets. Lighter, right-sized shipping cartons. A take-back or refill option for members of Petdentist CLUB. Sourcing data for every ingredient so we can report honestly rather than guess.
What we will not claim
We will not call a product "eco-friendly", "green" or "better for the planet" without lifecycle evidence, because UK advertising rules require that and because it is right. Where we make an environmental statement, it will be specific — "bamboo handle", "recyclable carton" — and true.
Environmental claims are reviewed under the UK CAP Code and our ISO 14001 system. Progress is reported annually.
